With Mobile Web, you can securely do all the things you can currently do in Online Banking such as pay bills, transfer funds, check balances and view transactions.

Enhanced Login Security Expand/Collapse

Enhanced login security provides you with an additional layer of protection when logging in and using Online and Mobile Banking.

When you log into Online or Mobile Banking for first time, you will be prompted to pick three questions from a list of security questions and provide answers that are unique to you. Simply follow the steps on the screen to set them up.  

The first time you login you will be asked to register you computer or mobile device.  Registering your computer places a permanent cookie on your computer for identification purposes.  This ensures that each time you login to Online or Mobile Banking you are recognized and will not be asked to answer a security question.  If you should log in from a computer that is not registered, we will ask one of the questions so we know it’s really you.

Once setup you can change the security questions at anytime using Online or Mobile Banking.

Alerts Expand/Collapse

Alerts are an additional online security feature where an alert is sent to your mobile device by email or text message when online activity occurs on your account.

The following Alerts are available:

•    A new bill payment payee has been added to your account
•    Your Personal Access Code (PAC) has changed
•    A new INTERAC e-Transfer® Recipient has been added to your account
•    Online Banking Locked out – Incorrect PAC
•    Online Banking Locked out  - Incorrect response to Security Question
•    Online or Mobile Banking Login

You can activate all Alerts or select only the Alerts that are important to you.  You can view Alert history in Online Banking or in Mobile Banking.

How to Get Access to Online Banking Expand/Collapse

To get started, visit your Regional Office to obtain your secure personal access code. You'll also need a personal computer or mobile device with an Internet browser which supports cookies, SSL, and tables.
