Corporate Governance

The Directors of Peace Hills Trust Company have a duty, pursuant to the Trust and Loans Companies Act to manage or supervise the management of the business and affairs of the Company. The Board of Directors is appointed by the shareholder of Peace Hills Trust. The Board of Directors, in turn, delegates the management of the Company to its officers and then provides competent, independent and ethical guidance in attaining the strategic goals of Peace Hills Trust and protecting stakeholder value.
